We strive to provide the best possible service. Due to the digital nature of our AI-generated nail designs and the immediate delivery upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing service delivery within 24 hours of purchase
- Duplicate charges for the same transaction
- Unauthorized charges (subject to investigation)
- Service unavailability for more than 24 hours after purchase
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Successfully generated and delivered nail designs
- Credits that have been used for design generation
- Dissatisfaction with generated design results
- Change of mind after successful service delivery
- Credits purchased more than 30 days ago (unless unused)
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Include your order number and reason for refund request
- Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation
- Allow 5-7 business days for review and processing
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
7. Service Credits
In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds. These credits can be used for future purchases and never expire.
